The first day of sales at a Phoenix real estate company on the first day in real estate sales online has sold out of the first 100 units sold online, according to real estate broker Chris Gautz.
The company, KQZ Real Estate, says that about 2,000 units were sold through its online real estate brokerage, and that another 10,000 have been sold in the past week.
Gautlz said it was the first time KQX is selling in real time online.
KQWZ says the company has not yet opened a second online site.
“It’s a great time to be in realty, and I can’t say enough about how much this has meant to us,” Gauts said.
“The online sales are great, the people are great and the price is great.
We are seeing a lot of interest and enthusiasm online for the real estate industry, and it’s great to see so many of us have gotten the opportunity to purchase in Phoenix.”
The real estate firm said that about 1,000 properties in the Phoenix area are available online, and a total of $10,636,811.88 was raised during the sale.
KXGZ was founded in 2012 and specializes in realtors, real estate agents, home builders and real estate finance.
Gautz said that while the first two days of sales were very busy, he was able to keep track of the volume.
“We are seeing tremendous interest and excitement,” Gattz said.
