Seven springs estate has secured the largest real estate development project in B.A.C.’s history.article Seven springs is the largest development in Vancouver and is the first commercial property in the city’s history to be developed with commercial real estate.
The development was the brainchild of developer Stephen Wills, who has previously worked on projects with B.M. Place, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the BC Hydro and the Vancouver Board of Trade.
“We’ve been looking at commercial real-estate development in the past and this is a huge opportunity for Seven springs and this will allow us to really make this project happen,” said Wills.
“We are really excited to bring this project to Vancouver and bring a whole new breed of development to this city.”
Seven springs is an 11,000-square-foot residential and commercial development located on an existing commercial strip in the heart of the city.
It will include four residential buildings totaling approximately 3,000 square feet, including two retail buildings, an office space and retail spaces.
The new development will also feature a new restaurant, a hotel and retail space.
The residential development will include a 10,000 sq. ft. office space with an estimated floor area of 6,000.
The retail space will include 12,000sq.
ft., with a floor area estimated at 3,500sq.ft.
The new development is the result of the collaboration between Seven springs’ development partners and the B.P.M., the City of Vancouver and the Province of British Columbia.
Wills said the collaboration with BPM will allow for a more holistic and sustainable approach to commercial real property development.
“Seven springs was the first project we’ve done that we didn’t already have in place,” he said.
“I think that this is the most ambitious project that we’ve ever had, and we want to do it right.
It’s a very unique project, so it’s going to be really, really exciting.”
Wills said this project will allow the development to go into full effect after it has gone through all the necessary approvals.
“This is going to make this the most successful project in the City’s history,” he added.
“This is not a project that will be just another condo development.
This is going be a multi-family development, and this building is going for a lot more than just condos.”
Will said the new development also includes a new public plaza, which is expected to be the largest in the world.
The plaza will be located at the corner of Seven Springs Road and Richmond Avenue, near the intersection of Richmond and Cambie avenues.
The project is being financed by BPM, a joint venture between Seven Springs Properties and the City.
