The home of Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) is one of four Oregon properties up for sale for a cool $1.4 billion.
The $1,049 million home in the Chico, California, suburb of Eugene is the property of former Gov.
It’s listed on the Real Estate Board of Greater Portland and on the National Register of Historic Places.
The home has a four-bedroom, five-bathroom, three-car garage and three-bedroom house, the realtor said.
The property also includes a three-story, five bedroom home and a 2,700-square-foot mansion.
The home has been listed for $1 million on the Portland Realtors, while the sale price is $1 and $1½ million respectively.
The house was purchased by former House Speaker Ed Cox (R-Ore.), according to the Portland Press Herald.
It is located in a wooded area and has been restored to its former glory, according to Realtor and listing agent Tim McLean.
The realtor also said the house’s owner is a family friend of Cox, who served as governor from 1996 to 2001.
